    The Water Park

    This water park has activities for all ages.

    There is a 4 story tall Interactive tree house Water fort with over 60 guest activated water effects, a huge bucket that dumps 1000 gallons of water on the fort every few minutes,12 levels of water based adventure.

    The Howlin'Tornado. This is the east coast's first enclosed 6 story funnel water ride.

    6 pools including 2 hot tubs (The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day only)

    Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg is much better for older children. Most rides have a 48" height restriction and I can tell you from personal experience that if your smaller children are not dare devils they will be intimidated by the rides. They are fast and steep.

    One final tip is to pay close attention to your children. Although there are lifeguards all around you are the best person to watch your children in the water. It is very easy to lose your kids here. Make sure you set up some guidelines about where to meet and what to do if you get separated. You will be happy you did.




    What about the rooms?

    All of the rooms are suites. You can go for the basic Family Suite which sleeps six if you use the pull out couch or you can upgrade all the way to the Grizzly Bear Suite that sleeps 8 with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a semi private living room with a fireplace.
